Lehmann Featherstone Lawyers was establised in September 2005 and focuses primarily on Family Law and Personal Injury Law.

Our Accreditation – Ensuring excellence.

Accreditation gives consumers access to advice from solicitors who have obtained a recognised standard of excellence.

To gain accreditation a solicitor must fulfill certain criteria, pass assessment by their peers and continue to update their skills on an annual basis.

Specialist Accreditation helps consumers recognise solicitors who have demonstrated their ability and experience in often complex areas of law.

Family Law – Over 27 years experience

Changes in family relationships, whether inside or outside marriage will often profoundly affect the individuals involved, both emotionally and financially.

It is important that in these often traumatic, emotionally charged disputes that clients are -

  • Made aware of and given control of the legal process.
  • Advised of the advantages of dispute resolution through negotiation and mediation as a desirable alternative to litigation.
  • Encouraged to resolve the matter as cost effectively as possible.
  • Encouraged to work closely with other professionals who can assist in various areas, such as accountants, valuers and counsellors.

Personal Injury Law – Over 23 years experience

Personal injury can often be a confronting and life-changing event.  At Lehmann Featherstone, we understand the importance of achieving the best result for our clients to enable them to confidently move forward with their lives.
